Checkout status
Public checkout is paused. SuperLaunch will not accept a new sponsored-placement payment until the contracting merchant identity, GST/tax and invoice treatment, payment descriptor, delivery basis, cancellation terms, and final refund rules are confirmed and displayed consistently.
Free eligibility checking
Submitting an eligible startup and the core DPIIT/registry checking process do not require payment. A payment cannot buy eligibility, verification, a badge, editorial endorsement, or organic ranking.
Existing or duplicate charge
If you believe you already have a SuperLaunch charge, email billing@superlaunch.in with the payer email, date, amount, currency, and provider transaction ID. Do not email card numbers, OTPs, PAN, Aadhaar, passport, or bank-login details. Eligibility and processing time depend on the payment provider and the commercial terms shown at the time of purchase.
Owner decision required
The final public refund window and campaign-cancellation policy require owner and professional legal/accounting confirmation before checkout is re-enabled.
