1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuperLaunch.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — visitors, registered users, and startup submitters.

2. The Service

SuperLaunch.in is a startup discovery and directory platform that allows startups to create listings and allows users to browse, upvote, and discover startups. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Startup Submissions

  • You may only submit startups you are associated with or have permission to submit.
  • All information submitted must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
  • We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
  • Listings that promote illegal activities, scams, hate speech, or adult content will be immediately removed.
  • Duplicate submissions of the same startup will be merged or removed.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Content you submit (startup descriptions, logos, etc.) remains yours. By submitting, you grant SuperLaunch a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform and in promotional materials. The SuperLaunch platform design, code, and brand are owned by Hostao LLC and may not be copied or reproduced.

6. Upvoting & Community

Artificial upvote manipulation (bots, paid upvotes, vote rings) is prohibited. Listings found to have manipulated upvotes will be penalised or removed. Genuine sharing and asking your community to upvote is encouraged.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

  • Scrape or auto-collect data from SuperLaunch without permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent startup information
  • Use the platform to spam, phish, or defraud other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Use SuperLaunch for any illegal activity under Indian law

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SuperLaunch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any particular outcome will result from using the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

SuperLaunch and Hostao LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
