Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SuperLaunch.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — visitors, registered users, and startup submitters.

2. The Service

SuperLaunch.in is a startup discovery and directory platform that allows startups to create listings and allows users to browse, upvote, and discover startups. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Startup Submissions

• You may only submit startups you are associated with or have permission to submit.
• New community listings must map to an eligible entity incorporated or registered in India. Founder nationality, a .in domain, Indian customers, or India-focused marketing does not satisfy this requirement by itself.
• All information submitted must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
• You authorise SuperLaunch to check submitted legal-entity and DPIIT Certificate of Recognition details against appropriate official sources and to request corrections or limited additional proof.
• DPIIT recognition is required for a verified-current directory listing. A Startup India/BHASKAR account, founder nationality, .in domain, or India-focused customer base is not a substitute.
• We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion.
• Listings that promote illegal activities, scams, hate speech, or adult content will be immediately removed.
• Duplicate submissions of the same startup will be merged or removed.

4. Verification and Badges

An Indian Entity Verified badge means that SuperLaunch matched a listing to an Indian legal-entity record on a stated date. A DPIIT Recognised Startup badge means that SuperLaunch matched the legal name and DIPP Certificate of Recognition using the official Startup India validator. Badges do not verify product quality, founders, finances, licences, investment safety, or broader regulatory compliance. SuperLaunch may suspend or remove a badge when information becomes stale, disputed, mismatched, revoked, or unverifiable. SuperLaunch is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by DPIIT, Startup India, MCA, NSWS, or any state registrar.

5. Sponsored Placements

Paid and founder-owned placements are commercial content and are clearly labelled as sponsored or house sponsored. Sponsorship does not guarantee listing approval, verification, a badge, engagement, editorial endorsement, traffic, leads, or a higher position in organic directory results. Advertisers must provide accurate claims and a safe, relevant landing page. SuperLaunch may reject, pause, or remove advertising that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable for the audience. Legal, GST, registration, ownership, and DPIIT evidence submitted for screening remains private.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you submit (startup descriptions, logos, etc.) remains yours. By submitting, you grant SuperLaunch a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform and in promotional materials. The SuperLaunch platform design, code, and brand are owned by Hostao LLC and may not be copied or reproduced.

8. Upvoting & Community

Community voting and organic rankings are currently unavailable because historical vote provenance is insufficient. If reintroduced, authenticated event records, duplicate prevention, rate controls, abuse handling, and a published methodology will apply. Sponsored visibility will remain separate from organic ranking.

9. Prohibited Uses

You must not:

• Scrape or auto-collect data from SuperLaunch without permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent startup information
• Use the platform to spam, phish, or defraud other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use SuperLaunch for any illegal activity under Indian law

10. Corrections, Appeals, and Removal

If you believe a listing, entity match, badge, ownership claim, or rejection is wrong, contact listings@superlaunch.in with the listing URL and supporting context. We may temporarily hide a badge or listing during a material dispute. We will review relevant evidence but do not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SuperLaunch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any particular outcome will result from using the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

SuperLaunch and Hostao LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
